New Client Questions:

Do you accept insurance? Because I’m not paneled with any particular insurance company, any PPO with out of network benefits will reimburse you a percentage of my fee. If your policy has a deductible, session fees will go toward satisfying that deductible before clients can receive reimbursement. Keep in my flex benefits, HSA accounts and the like can also be utilized.

What are my payment options? I accept cash, check, and credit card. If a credit card is preferred, my HIPAA-compliant practice management software (SimplePractice) utilizes Stripe.

Can I have my sessions via telehealth? While experience informs me technology cannot substitute the live exchange of felt energy when sharing space with one another, in some instances telehealth is more suitable. If you are using your PPO insurance, please contact your carrier to inquire about telehealth coverage.
