Women’s Cognitive Processing Group - Every other Wednesday,
5:30-7:00pm


What are schemas?
Schemas are beliefs created by childhood experiences that determine how we view ourselves and the world around us.

This group will help you identify: core beliefs, schemas and how they affect relationships, cognitive distortions, and maladaptive coping styles.

Learn how to: challenge old core beliefs, create new beliefs, have balanced thoughts, and have specific behaviors to reinforce new core beliefs.

This group is limited to 5 individuals, and meets every other Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm.

Women’s DBT Group - Every other Thursday, 5:30-7:00pm

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a group geared to individuals who wish to work on (a) mindfulness: staying connected to the present moment; (b) emotion regulation: learn how to effectively manage your emotions; (c) interpersonal effectiveness: learn the art of communication and assertiveness; and (d) distress tolerance: learn how to restore balance in times of distress. The group is limited to 5 individuals. This group meets every other Thursday from 5:30-7:00pm.

AMAC/Sexual Assault Survivors’ Group - Every Tuesday 6-7:30pm

If you are a survivor of sexual abuse or sexual assault, this group is for you. In this group, we process experiences with recovery-minded dialogue utilizing tools and skills to empower survivors in their daily lives and intimate relationships. This group meets every Tuesday 6:00-7:30pm.
